In-Home Program

Catholic Charities In-Home Program serves persons with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.

Our focus is to increase the independence and self-sufficiency of those we serve by treating them with dignity and respect. Each of the people we work with is unique. We meet those we serve where they are, assessing their skill levels and working with them to reinforce personal care, daily living, their strong skills, and work on other skills that need development. We work on skills one-on-one, in group settings, in the community, and in the home of those we serve.

Working Together

Catholic Charities In-Home program operates from a strong foundation of partnership. When we begin serving someone new, their team meets to discuss their needs. The team sets goals and objectives and together we develop plans to meet those goals.

Referral and Admission

Those eligible for Catholic Charities In-Home Program must be referred by their county social service office. Our program serves those counties surrounding St. Cloud.
