Service Area
Program supports individuals living in Benton Sherburne and Stearns Counties, Minnesota.
Our program supports adults with mental illnesses as they cope with the challenges of daily living, assisting each client in achieving and maintaining his or her highest level of self-sufficiency.
Adults living with serious and persistent mental illness who do not receive Medical Assistance may qualify for Traditional Community Support Program Services through Catholic Charities Hope Community Support Program.
Our Service Includes:
Adults living with mental illness or traumatic brain injury who receive Medical Assistance may qualify for the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) portion of Catholic Charities Hope Community Support Program’s services. These services enable the client to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills.
Our program supports adults with mental illnesses as they cope with the challenges of daily living, assisting each client in achieving and maintaining his or her highest level of self-sufficiency.
Each client is assigned an ARMHS worker, who assists with:
Depression & Bipolar Support Group
Join us in a safe place where people living with depression or bipolar disorder can share their experiences, concerns, and feelings. This group provides a chance to meet others with common concerns and to gather strength from one another.

Here & Now Support Group
Join us to learn a mindful approach to mental health. The group will focus on learning to take advantage of the opportunities and possibilities open to us everyday, to live in and appreciate the moment and to learn how to build on the positives in our lives.

Schizophrenia Support Group
