Food Services
Catholic Charities Emergency Services Food Shelf offers nutritious food and essential personal care items, bringing hope to our neighbors in need.
We provide a five- to seven-day supply of food once a month to households. Our primary service area includes St. Cloud, St. Augusta, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and Waite Park, but our services are available to anyone in need, regardless of location.

Can I Get Food?
Please Make an Appointment
Customers with an account in our PantrySoft database who have a username and password can make an appointment online by clicking the Schedule Appointment button below. (No same-day appointments. Timeslots close 24 hours prior. Please leave one hour between Food and BEE appointments.)
**If you are a NEW customer, or do not have an email address, please call our appointment messaging line at 320.229.4567 and leave your name and number for us to help you over the phone.
***Arriving late will forfeit your appointment and you become a walk-in.We do our best to accommodate walk-ins during program hours on a first come, first served basis. Walk-ins should arrive at least 2 hours before our closing time.
TEFAP Eligibility
You will be asked to self-declare your eligibility for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Your household is eligible according to the income chart below.

Identification
Identification (ID) is requested but not required. We ask for an ID to distinguish you from others with similar names, but it is never mandatory to access food.
Food Shelf Hours
In-Person Shopping by Appointment Hours:
- Monday: 9 am – 3 pm (last appointment at 2:30 pm)
- Senior (60+) 2nd and 4th Tuesday: 1 pm – 3:30 pm (last appointment at 3 pm)
- Wednesday: 11 am – 7 pm (last appointment at 6 pm)
- Friday: 9 am – 3 pm (last appointment at 2:30 pm)
Hunger Doesn't Wait Food Delivery
The Hunger Doesn't Wait food delivery program provides a pre-packed serve to individuals who may be homebound or in specific situations. Contact Emergency Services at
(320) 229-4560 and press option 4 for eligibility and coordination.
Mobile Food Shelf
The Mobile Food Shelf provides a monthly food service to individuals with transportation challenges and who have limited access to healthy food.
Every month, the Mobile Food Shelf transports food to nine housing locations in the St. Cloud area. Individuals experiencing food insecurity, and who are residents or neighbors of these locations, have access to the Mobile Food Shelf.

Senior Dining
Being a senior today looks very different than it did just a decade ago. Two things though, remain unchanged: seniors want to be healthy, and seniors want to lead independent lives. Catholic Charities Senior Dining Program provides nutritious noon-hour meals for persons age 60 and older.
