Good Samaritan Fund

Providing funding to individuals and families with verifiable emergency needs when other services or funds are unavailable.

Funds may be approved for rent, damage deposit, utilities, medical expenses, child care, transportation, and other critical needs. A referral is required. 

Referrals to the Good Samaritan Fund are accepted by fax, letter, or email. Referring agencies may use this printable pdf or this fillable pdf for the Good Samaritan Fund Application. Specific information regarding funding criteria and eligibility can be found on page 1 of the application.

*It is important to note that the Good Samaritan Fund is not a program of Catholic Charities; rather, Catholic Charities is the fiscal agent for the Good Samaritan Fund. Clients are encouraged to contact an agency that they are presently working with to discuss a possible referral to the Good Samaritan Fund.
