Youth Day Treatment Program
Helping youth with emotional and behavioral challenges succeed at home, in school, and in their communities.
At Catholic Charities, we understand that mental health challenges can affect every part of a young person’s life, including relationships, academic success, emotional well-being, and family stability. Our Youth Day Treatment Programs provide a structured, supportive environment where children and adolescents can develop the skills needed to manage emotions, improve behaviors, build healthy relationships, and achieve success at home, in school, and within their communities.
Using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, our multidisciplinary team works closely with each youth and their family to create an individualized treatment experience that addresses their unique strengths and needs. Services focus on helping participants process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, improve communication skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and build resilience for long-term success.
