Society Memberships

Find Your Place in Giving

Every giving journey is unique. Catholic Charities offers four giving societies designed to welcome supporters at every stage of generosity—from beginning a new commitment to creating a lasting legacy.

Whether you are making your first annual gift, deepening your ongoing support, or planning for the future, there is an opportunity to be part of a community dedicated to creating stability, dignity, and hope for our neighbors.

Beacons of Hope Society

Beacons of Hope are a community of donors who give $200–$999 annually and share a commitment to helping neighbors in need. This group provides an opportunity to begin or grow a philanthropic relationship with Catholic Charities while making a meaningful difference in our community.

Your support helps bring hope, compassion, and essential services to individuals and families throughout Central Minnesota.

Circle of Hope Society

Circle of Hope members are individuals and businesses who provide annual support of $1,000 or more. Their gifts offer flexibility to address emerging needs, strengthen programs, and help Catholic Charities respond when our neighbors need us most.

Mark's Story on Planned Giving

Some people are financially secure—they have a bed to sleep in and never go hungry. Others are far less fortunate. I have been among the fortunate, and like so many others, I have felt a deep desire to help those who are not as well off.

Catholic Charities of St. Cloud gives me that opportunity—and they do it right. They understand who needs help, what kind of help is necessary, and how to get it where it’s needed. Most importantly, they provide assistance to anyone—absolutely anyone—who needs it. Forgive me for falling back on my past in creating slogans, but Catholic Charities is truly a powerhouse of help.

Here’s another reason Catholic Charities speaks to me: when I donate to a national organization—many of which do vital, meaningful work—my contribution is just a drop in their bucket. But because Catholic Charities focuses exclusively on 16 counties in Central Minnesota, that same dollar has a direct impact. That means a great deal to me.

My approach to charitable giving is simple. I prioritize organizations that are local and serve the less fortunate—and that is precisely what Catholic Charities of St. Cloud is all about.”
