Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Lieser Eschmann MSW, LGSW
Jennifer Lieser Eschmann is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, resilience, and potential. Her professional experience spans the Veterans Administration, higher education, nonprofit organizations, hospice care, and community mental health settings. She works with adolescents, adults, veterans, seniors, parents, couples, and survivors of domestic abuse.
Jennifer utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, DBT, and ACT into her work. She has a special interest in supporting clients through life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. Clients appreciate her authentic, compassionate style and her commitment to walking alongside them on their healing journey. Outside of counseling, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her daughter at sporting events.

If you are not covered by an insurance plan, fees are determined on a sliding fee schedule based on household gross income. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
