Guided by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, we provide services that support both physiological and safety needs: food, shelter, clothing, employment, and health, because stability is the foundation for everything else.

Our volunteers are essential to the mission of Catholic Charities. In 2025, 2,367 volunteers dedicated more than 139,000 hours to helping strengthen our programs and support neighbors across Central Minnesota.
Whether serving meals, supporting food access programs, assisting with community services or sharing their time and talents in countless other ways, our volunteers help ensure individuals and families receive the care, resources and connection they need.
