U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots
Catholic Charities Emergency Services, in conjunction with the Valhalla Detachment of the Minnesota Marine Corps League, annually sponsors the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program for children in the St. Cloud area who would not receive a gift without this program.
Deliver new, unwrapped toys to any of the Toys for Tots Marine drop boxes located throughout the community as early as possible, as client distribution begins December 11. Emergency Services prefers to have toys donated to the Catholic Charities Roosevelt Location.
Emergency Services is accepting toy donations on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and Wednesdays from 9 am to 6 pm at the loading area of 157 Roosevelt Road, Suite 100, St. Cloud, Door D (back of building). Please do not leave donations outside our doors, as they must be collected by Catholic Charities staff.
Toys for Tots Eligibility & Service Area
Toys for Tots is for children ages 6 months to 14 years old at the time of registration who live in our service area and would not receive a Christmas gift without this program.
Parent/legal guardian must live with the child/children and reside in St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, St. Stephen, Waite Park, St. Augusta, St. Joseph, or Rice, MN. If you live outside of our service area, please call the United Way's First Call for Help line at 2-1-1 to connect with a program in your area.
Children may be enrolled in only ONE Holiday Program by ONE parent/legal guardian. Duplicate enrollments will result in all applications being disqualified.
Registration
Registration for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Campaign begins November 3, 2025, at 9 am, and continues through December 5, 2025, at 11:45 pm.
- You will need an email address to receive your confirmation or to resolve problems with your application.
- Using a mobile device works best for uploading documents.
- Uploaded images must be clear (not blurry) and contain all requested components.
- The name on the application must be a parent or their legal guardian.
Registration is online only. Before beginning the application, please have the following items ready to upload:
- Birth certificate for each qualifying child: Must provide child’s birth certificate showing the child's date of birth (no longer accepting medical insurance cards or social security cards). The person applying must be listed as parent on the birth certificate or be the legal guardian (must provide court documents).
- Parent/legal guardian ID: Must be a valid government-issued photo ID showing date of birth.
- Address verification must be dated within the last 60 days and upload must show sender, recipient, and date. No solicitation or advertisement mail accepted. Images of uploaded documents must be clear for viewing or application will be delayed.
Distribution
Once your application is approved, we will email you an Official Confirmation Notice with your pickup date and time. Check your junk mail! Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to change gift selection times. If you are unable to choose gifts during this time, please arrange for a trusted individual of your choosing to do so on your behalf, and provide your authorized person with the Official Confirmation Notice.
Toy Selection Details
Please print or save the Official Confirmation Notice to show at the time of gift selection. You may send a representative to choose your gifts if you provide them with your Official Confirmation Notice. Those arriving without the Official Confirmation Notice will not be able to select gifts.
Distribution Dates
The 2025 distribution dates are December 11, 16 and 18, and is self-select at Catholic Charities Emergency Services, 157 Roosevelt Road, Suite 100, St. Cloud, MN 56301.
