Advocacy

Advocacy is the process of raising an individual or collective voice in support of a cause or proposal.

Catholic Charities of St. Cloud believes in making a different tomorrow for the Central Minnesota Community, but we cannot do it alone. Below are resources to help support and advocate for Catholic Charities through legislative and homelessness advocacy and issues education.

Advocacy for Social Concerns

Catholic Charities urges the residents of the St. Cloud Diocese to speak out for the problems and needs that face the world. This involves taking part in the yearly Day on the Hill, presentations for parishes and other organizations about current political issues and what voting means for Catholics today, as well as offering action alerts and resources to help people stay informed about important issues.
