Financial Assistance

Catholic Charities’ Financial Assistance is available to anyone who needs it, providing immediate, short-term assistance to individuals and families in financial crisis.

The primary service area for financial assistance includes St. Cloud, St. Augusta, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and Waite Park. Customers with an account in our PantrySoft database who have a username and password can make an appointment by clicking the Schedule Appointment button. (No same-day appointments. Timeslots close 24 hours prior.)

**If you are a NEW  customer, or do not have an email address, please call our appointment messaging line at320.229.4567and leave your name and number for us to help you over the phone. 

***Arriving late will forfeit your appointment and you become a walk-in. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins during program hours on a first come, first served basis. Walk-ins should arrive at least 2 hours before our closing time.

Financial Assistance may be able to help with: 

• Fuel cards (must have appointment, valid Driver’s License and current insurance with your name on the policy)
• St. Cloud Metro Bus 10-Ride Pass
• Apartment application fees
• Prescription co-pays
• Birth Certificates
• State IDs/Driver’s License renewals or replacements (one per year)

Rent/deposits, utilities or bills are not eligible for Financial Assistance.
