Work with us

Working at Catholic Charities is a unique experience, combining your knowledge, hands and heart. Every employee, whether in direct or supportive service, is working to make a different tomorrow for our Central Minnesota neighbors. We have a number of current openings we welcome you to apply for.
First, visit our online listing of current job openings. Then, submit your application to the Human Resources Department. Human Resources pre-screens all applications, and forwards qualified candidates to the hiring manager for consideration. The interview process for each position varies slightly.

A few important notes:
  • If you are not selected for a position you applied for, you will not be notified until after the position has been filled.
  • Catholic Charities receives a large number of applications, so not all applicants are granted interviews.
  • You may apply for more than one position within the organization at a time.

Catholic Charities application and hiring process is designed to identify candidates most suited to the job by virtue of education, training, relevant experience, skill and competence in the required role. We also consider recommendations of peers and former employers, registration, licensing or certification requirements, and commitment to the principles and values of our organization.

We make an effort to recruit a workforce that reflects our community and those we serve, and is sensitive to the cultural and socio-economic characteristics of our clients.
