The Caritas Mental Health Clinic counsels individuals and families for behavioral and mental health issues that lead to or result from chemical and substance abuse. However, we do not offer alcohol or drug counseling as part of a recovery program. Instead, we collaborate with agencies that provide these services and are happy to make referrals on behalf of our clients.
Daytime and evening appointments are available. Please call the number to the right and you will be connected to an Intake Coordinator who will gather pertinent information and process your request for an appointment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the Four County Crisis line at 800-635-8008.
Most services are covered by the following insurance providers:
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Health Partners
  • Minnesota Care
  • Medical Assistance
  • Medicare
  • Most employee-sponsored insurance companies

If you are not covered by an insurance plan, fees are determined on a sliding fee schedule based on household gross income. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.

Services are available to all eligible persons regardless of age, color, creed, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
