Veterans Transitional Housing

Veterans transitional housing offers shelter, recovery services for chemical dependency

man paper

Catholic Charities operates two transitional houses for veterans in partnership with the St. Cloud HRA and the St. Cloud Veteran's Administration Hospital Chemical Dependency Program. Each four-bedroom house accommodates four residents who share communal living space.

The HRA owns the homes and leases them to Catholic Charities which accepts direct referral of recovering chemically dependent veterans from the Veterans Administration Hospital Chemical Dependency Unit. Catholic Charities provides enhanced housing management services focusing on future reintegration into the community through housing, ongoing employment, and networking with appropriate local resources.
